Why is they do not let the customers know what is the soup of the day so that way customers can decide if the want it or not

I ordered stew peas with white rice and it was the worst meal I have ever had. I placed the order around 7 pm. It seems like they scraped what was left in the bottom of the pot for the stew peas, added some water to stretch it out, and it had no taste. It tasted like something you would give to a hog to eat. The rice was soft, almost like rice pudding. I was very disappointed because I had purchased from them before and the food was good. Not sure why they would send that out to a customer. I will not be buying from here again.

I have ordered from this restaurant for the second time now. The first time I tried the stewed chicken and it was tasty. However, this time I was disappointed as my meal was mostly bones with very little meat. It felt like they just gave me scraps. The flavor was still good though.

The pasta had a watery consistency instead of being creamy. It wasn't to my personal liking, but perhaps someone else might enjoy it.
