Boston Pizza - Terrace

The food at Jim is much better than that at Yorkton Pasta. However, I had a Bouston Royal Cana, and I think it could have used more cheese and sauce.

Always a wonderful place to dine, and the staff are consistently very friendly.

The chicken was underwhelming and barely covered the bread, while the bacon was almost burned. Additionally, the broth was overly greasy and the fries were too soft. When I mentioned my concerns, the service manager insisted that this was how she would choose to eat it, which felt dismissive. I also tried to order a pint of Guinness, but the server rushed the pour and served me a poorly filled glass. I was disappointed by the lack of attention to detail at this Boston Pizza location.

Very good eating, portions are fair for the price. great accommodations for large group. the staff is very friendly!

Mike, the server is just rude and inconsiderate during my stay at BP Terence as a tourist. I have never felt this in any BP location I’ve been. He was just mean and impatient to my puppy and myself when my puppy while outside the BP patio accidentally snapped her collar. I have to ran from the emergency exit and was asking for help. And he did ignored me and humiliate me inside the bar in front of the customers that the door was an emergency use only. I told him that the situation is emergency since the dog can cross the street and get hit by cars. Instead of saying sorry, he just pretend that he did not see me or even remind me to use the front door next time. He should be retained for customer service. Humiliating to be staff of a reputable restaurant like BP.I will never be coming back to BP because of this attitude. What a Shame.
