Chipotle Mexican Grill - Temple

The meat was so salty that it could almost be overwhelming. I barely had to think twice about whether to finish it, as the cooking process had drained the meat of its juices, concentrating the flavor in a way that was far too intense. It seems they really don’t know how to cook.

I placed an online order for 4:20 PM and took it home, only to notice that the sticker on the order showed it was made at 10:00 AM. It was clearly old, as the food was cold and had been sitting out for six hours. When I brought this up, the staff claimed it wasn't their fault since another order had been left out that long. While they did provide us with fresh food afterward, it felt quite off-putting after the initial experience.

The food was quite good, but the restaurant should educate their staff on customer service. It seemed like they were trying to please me by just waiting in silence, but there was no smiling, no greeting, and no kindness shown at all.

We have often ordered at this place for over a year because it is one of the favorite places of my sohne to eat. in the last months, however, we have received the half of what they used earlier. I have to order two plates now to make sure that this is enough for my son when I put them together, it was the size of what was previously part of. in the last months we have received a small amount of food, and even a few times I have ordered salates and forgotten to add the salate, or from any reason there are guacamole in a burrito dish, if we do not order guacamole at all. it is sometimes very sharp. I don't know what happens to this place, but the quality has fallen overall. I usually order by eating and there is no way to leave a note there.

On Saturday 5/14/2022 at 12:58 i visited chipotle in Temple Texas and The guy who made my burrito he did not wrap it right and did not put enough foil around the burrito it looks very terrible and i will not be going back to the chipotle in Temple Texas. my burrito fell apart.
