Nekter Juice - Temecula

I wish I could give zero stars according to my experience today! I placed an order on Monday for the 3 days cleaning and a dragon fruit bowl. I received a confirmation email from 3/23 at 12:15. I arrived at the right place on time and said they had no order for me. I showed the staff my confirmation email and they confirmed the date, time and place. I asked if they could fulfill the order and I wait and said they need the permission of the manager. The manager asked me to come back the next day, which is terrible customer service. I requested a refund and was told that the refund could not be made in business and I would have to request it online. Would definitely not recommend this facility if you order online.

The RUDEST woman working here. I come to this Nekter location EVERY WEEK and spend over $100/week on the pressed juices. I?ve interfaced with her before, but I have no idea why she was rotten to me. First, She doesn?t acknowledge me while she is at the front counter, no one else was even in there! I said happy new year and she responded what?s so happy about it.. wow really. I asked her when she will get more juices in since there were only a few left and she responded? sometime in the future.. holy hell! She was a larger Hispanic woman with a bun in her hair. I?m done. This experience has lead me to take the $450 I spend here each month, somewhere else! Happy New Year!

My mom I came in right during a rush as the other employees looked panicked said about a 30 minute wait, Cindy came stole the show. Her kindness care to assure us it wouldn?t be that long made our decision for us. Within 5 minutes Cindy came around the corner with our smoothies was super sweet! I had to get her name to leave this review because her smile lit up the whole place ??. Awesome service even under pressure!

Not to be a Karen.. BUT I usually like this place but came in today some short bleached haired girl, with some fake blue eye contacts didn?t even greet me and before I even ordered said there was a long wait after I said it was okay and went on to order she sighed like if it was such a big deal to make a smoothie at a SMOOTHIE PLACE. I asked if there was an issue and she smirked and said no and sighed once again. I don?t know what she expects to at a job..not work?

Value: 7 was a bit pricey than most juice bars in area but you get what you pay for I suppose. style/vibe: when I came in I was immediately greeted by a very polite gentlemen. Location 8.5 located right off winchester was barely any parking due to trader Joe's sharing same parking lot. Cleanliness: 10 every table and counter top was clean floors were clean and I personally witnessed employees routinely washing there hands before they touched anything which is always a plus. Final opinion great tasting juice bar definitely top 2 in Temecula in my opinion. was a bit pricey I paid about 8 bucks for a bowl but ingredients are all natural so I know exactly what is in my bowl. All in All: Yes I would recommend this place if you have the time and money to get an great tasting smoothie or bowl. -LawrenceK
