Kfc Mount Maunganui - Tauranga

I returned to the restaurant and spoke to one of the staff members, who then brought the manager over. Unfortunately, she was one of the rudest and most unhelpful people I've ever encountered. She refused to remake my order to an acceptable standard and only offered a refund instead. I tried to explain that I'd already waited about 45 minutes for my meal while sitting in my car, and it felt wrong that they wouldn't fix the issue. When I raised my concerns, she simply walked away and refused to address the problem. After reading other negative reviews, it's clear that this place needs a serious wake-up call. There are frequently unavailable items, poor quality food, and terrible customer service, not to mention an unhelpful manager. This has been one of the worst KFC experiences I've had!

The drive-thru experience was incredibly slow, with a wait time of over 15 minutes. This was on a Saturday afternoon at 2 PM, and the layout makes it impossible to get out of the line once you're in it. When I looked out the window, I noticed three employees chatting while one person was left to do all the work. The burger was overpriced and definitely not worth the wait.

The staff was friendly after a long wait in the drive-thru, but I've never tasted such bland food in my life. It lacked any seasoning, and I’m really sorry to say this, but I would recommend avoiding this place.

I went at 9:15 to kfc while they were open at 9:00. I wait for the talkbox and got no answer. I went up to the window and one lady said they had opened at 9:30. that was strange when they were open. we waited until 9:30 clock again through the drive. and no answer again. that was disappointing and I am dissatisfied.

Customers asked to wear a mask but manager forgot to wear hers. They pour the drinks long before the food is ready so by the time you get your food the drinks are warm so we asked for fresh drinks which seemed like a hassle. How can you expect the staff to provide good customer service if the manager can't be bothered
