Edgewater - Taupo

We ordered the homemade potato gnocchi as the main dish, along with a side salad, and we were absolutely thrilled. The dish was bursting with wonderful aromas, and it was the perfect choice for both my partner and me. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo because we couldn't wait to dig in. They also offer a great selection of vegan options!

My husband and I stayed for three nights and dined at the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The chef was excellent; the food was delicious and beautifully presented, featuring gourmet sauces and seasonings. They were training a completely new team of employees, but the service was attentive and friendly, thanks to the experienced staff. The outdoor area could use a bit of sprucing up, but the interior is stylish.

We dined at a chic restaurant that offered a stunning view. While it was a bit pricey, it was definitely worth every penny. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was exceptional. It was a delightful surprise during our holiday, and we had a lovely evening. Thank you!

The staff were attentive and friendly. The eye fillet main was 10/10 The scallop entree 1/10 The pork belly 3/10 The salmon was 1/10 Overall it was very disappointing, bland food. The location is lovely.

This place is truly amazing! The food may seem overpriced at first, but trust me, it is authentic and well worth it. The dining experience was fantastic, with great customer service that made everything even better. Our appetizer arrived in just a few minutes, and the main course was absolutely incredible. Highly recommended!
