KFC/ Taco Bell - TAPPAHANNOCK

Mac and cheese were good, but I'm sad they took the potato wedges away. New pommes are just basic. Chicken sandwich was chewing and barely warm. Still good and I ate everything

Had a bad experience a week ago. The Nacho fries combo order came with a liquid cheese container half full. I asked for a complete, similar to those that pictured there on the menu. I have an rude reception from the person who makes the cheese, and then a refusal to answer my question, I am busy. The manager finally came by to solve the problem. I also filled the survey at my reception and asked someone to contact me, but no such luck. Disappointed, but not surprised.

I know this place has fought in the past, but I feel seriously improved. The last 4 or so visits were great, the food was fresh and well prepared. Tacos were full of meat and toppings. Go on!

Great, but I didn't get what I paid for. No answer. Wish Corporate made more.

Going through this drive through is always a gamble, and I'm usually on the losing end.
