Last week no card machines. This morning takes 15-20 minutes to eventually tell drivers in the drive through that their system crashed and they can't take orders!! Wtf would you not say that at the start when it actually happened rather than make people late for work. This restaurant is falling apart with shoddy systems and poor maintenance. Sort it out or get out

Do not order off just eat . Paid nearly £40 for family’s Breakfast as a treat . Delivery driver came with the wrong order . Had a terrible attitude telling us it’s the order they gave him and we have that . Asked him to go back to restaurant and get correct order . Kept shouting oh my god and he’s not coming back . So we then rang to speak to a member of staff at Mac Donald’s . There reply was get on to just eat . They wasent sending our food out again. They was rude and not intrested . Quick enough to take your money but can’t get an order right. And to top it off not intrested when you don’t receive your food . Don’t bother ordering off just eat , drivers rude , macdonalds staff can’t get your orders correct . And now got to wait days to see if just eat give me my money back .

Worst McDonalds I’ve experienced, food is diabolical- I’ve eaten across the world Maccies but how this restaurant is open still I’ll never know, slapped together burgers, burnt buns, burgers no pride in the food even worse when ordered online cold and always get the orders wrong……

Thrown together new chicken Mac Look like they just did not have the time to present it like they show it and the service was slow. Think it need a rethink
