The Local Codfather

We visited mt tamborine last week and both the paints we went to the codfather, it was well protected by local and tourist alike. the service was polite, helpful and quite fast and the meal was delivered in a disposable container. the servings were plentiful and tasty.

There are many positive reviews of the restaurant that I agree with, especially regarding the excellent quality of the food. However, they frequently run out of ingredients such as eggs, speck, and beetroot for their burgers, as well as other items like veggie spring rolls. I understand that they are busy, but it can be frustrating to constantly be told that they are out of these key ingredients. It may be worth taking a few moments to restock these items, especially since there is a grocery store conveniently located next door. This experience has turned me off from returning, and I will likely try a new Asian restaurant nearby next time.

I visited this restaurant on a Sunday with my daughter. We ordered potato scallops, Dim Sims, and chips. Despite being very busy, our order arrived promptly and the service was friendly. The food was crispy, delicious, and freshly cooked. The only reasons they didn't receive a perfect score were that our request for chicken salt on everything was forgotten, and my drink wasn't very cold because the drinks fridge had just been restocked. I would definitely visit again and try the fish next time!

This restaurant really knows how to make excellent fish and chips. The calamari is a must-try and the burgers are also highly recommended. The owners are great and very friendly.

If you are in the area and looking for a quick, no fuss simple meal you can't beat this place for service, quality of food and value. A no fuss, simple takeaway (or eat in) for anyone including family meals with huge servings and the...best value in town. Very friendly, happy service. It has a nice vibe about it. You may be lucky and find some extras simple Italian home baked pastries and deserts for sale also! The burgers are sensational, you won't fit in any chips!
