Binalot - Taguig

I had their adobo here with sinangag and it was average. It was wrapped in banana leaf which I think is supposed to keep the food warm and more tasty. It had a slice of salted egg and tomatoes. Very affordable.

I have always enjoyed dining at Binalot, but this time I had a negative experience with a server who seemed impatient and unfriendly. There were no smiles and it felt like she just wanted to rush through taking our order. Maybe the server was just having a bad day, which could be why there was no line when we arrived. I suggest giving it a try, as perhaps it was just an off day for the server.
