I tried for 30 minutes to get through on the phone was calling when I got there they said there's nothing wrong with their phone but it wasn't ringing in the store they turned their ringer off. I ordered an Italian cheese bread and the new brownie Eminem's as you can see by the picture the ICB definitely is not one of their best tonight and she gave me the brownies Frozen how am I supposed to eat those when I get home.. all I got to say is the customer service and the quality of the food continues to go downhill and I'm stuck because it's the only one around me..

Man working behind the counter at 6:30 PM was incredibly disrespectful. He was serving us and another customer came up and tried talking to him. He instantly stopped talking to us, turned to her, and SHUSHED her with his finger to his lips and said something along the lines of “can’t you see I’m serving someone else?” At first I thought it was his friend or little sister and he was just messing around, but she seemed as if she was going to cry. He was also rude to his coworkers, yelling at them to “deal with it,” “it” being other work tasks. Additionally, I ordered three pizzas but then IMMEDIATELY changed my order to four pizzas and was incredibly clear that I wanted four. I paid for what I believed to be four. Then we picked up three pizzas because evidently he either didn’t hear me or didn’t care to try to listen. Judging by his attitude, I subscribe to the latter theory. Normally I advocate for a warning but this man absolutely needs to be fired and barred from working customer service. This goes beyond just having a bad day.

Called 5 times. 30 minutes before they closed to order whatever pizza is ready or easy to make. We were 5 minutes away. No answer. 5 calls! Unexceptable. They are NOT closed until 10pm. I really Hope someone is held accountable. We order there often. Not now though.

My husband and I absolutely love the hot n ready the deep dish especially when you're ballin' on a budget lol For a little upcharge we add butter garlic parmesan around the crust yummy . Sometimes we order ahead and just walk in, put our code in the machine on our way home we go. Their bread sticks are awesome, the 3 meat treat pretzel cheese pizza was deliciously awesome we've tried their wings before which were pretty good THUMBS UP
