Coyote Rojo #4 - Spring Hill

I visited this place tonight and absolutely loved the food! The service was excellent, and they have a full bar! Definitely give them a try!

Great EVERYTHING! Loved the taco specials and the shells were amazing! Drink specials are AWESOME and margaritas right on point. Best Taco Tuesday ever! Glad my man took me to a new place to try!! Be back next Tuesday for sure (if not sooner) Margaritas I hear are on special Thursdays!

When it comes to local Mexican restaurants, Coyote Rojo does a commendable job. Their food is consistently tasty, the service is great, and their prices are affordable, particularly when it comes to their kids' menu.

The chips were fresh, and the salsa was excellent. The Super Nachos were simply delicious! The Combo Fajitas, featuring chicken and steak, arrived sizzling on a hot skillet. They not only looked fantastic but tasted even better! The prices were also reasonable. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this restaurant.

Found this place by chance. Very clean, staff disinfected menus after use and wore masks. Food was very good, servers attentive and friendly. I had the Burrito Supreme with refried beans, rice, guacamole and pico de gaillo. Reasonably priced. Salsa was tasty, too.
