Nouvelle Cuisine - Spring Hill

The amazing things I heard about this place are so true! We had no reservations and they were very busy, so take out, it wasn't what we planned, but it turned out perfectly! The owners are very nice and personal and the food is ON POINT. I have eaten in some top restaurants in Europe/France and this little Spring Hill secret is up there. Hidden in a small strip shopping center, but soooo goooood! The fillet and mushroom sauce was melted in your mouth with the perfect grill, the au gratin potatoes were a ten with phenomanal simple but deep taste, the carrots OMG these carrots are like carrots with gold on top soo soo good... and even the salad and the French bread were brilliant... personally, we ordered the crab blue cheese topping for the fillet and it will be overall, SOO very impressed by everything, also take out. We will definitely be back in the House of Food... Thanks for top-level food, what a hidden gem, you can feel the passion and loving energy in food safe!

We had such a fun dinner last night! As the reviews say, do not leave the exterior full of you! We had the Ente con fit, escargot, elk, Coq au vin, Lavakuchen, Crème brûlée and great wine. The waitress was super informative.

This little restaurant was such an incredible surprise! It is located in a stripe shopping center, and hard to see from the main road. But this is a place you must try! The atmosphere, the staff, the food incredible! They reserved us as a big party. We ordered the cheese speciality and the devine taste and textures were phenomenal. For the main dishes we shared the juniper, elk, calf and monkfish dishes, everything was excellently cooked, served at the perfect temperature and was the perfect amount. And we could find the actor who portrayed Beau Duke!

Nouvelle Cuisine is simply magnificent! It's the only 5-Star dining experience I've ever encountered in all of Hernando County. Amazing European cuisine that will blow you away no matter which dish you choose and the service is just as good. Chef Kinds and Isabelle, thank you for the amazing experience each time we visit!

If a 20 out of 10 were an acceptable rating, would that be? The servers, atmosphere and especially FOOD were phenomenal. The ambience was classic, but secretly with its intimate feeling. We'll be safe in the near future.
