Margaritaville Syracuse

A terrible service. you go there and no one works there to greet you or help you. they are at the doorstep, but they stopped with door lock and never contacted door pocket to be removed from their side. So you're going to order a command on the door bag and drive there to get the food and they're looking at you like crazy. they ask if they make pickup orders and the bartender says we do, but we never really pick up the phone when it really rings in the back? what a restorative is that, it is nothing like the other Margaritaville sites.

Good food and drinks as a whole. the jambalaya was not like the one I had in nola, so was disappointing. my brother enjoyed his burger. the drinks were good. the location, the music and the restaurant interieur are the more interesting parts of it.

Amazing experience! Our server Patrick made our night great. His service and expertise made it fun and a refreshing experience. The food was also amazing. The portion size and taste was perfect. I came with a group of four, we each got something different, and had no complaints.

The food was not good, and it was very quiet in there. I went there before and there was tons of music and entertainment. When I just went there, there was no music and the TVs were not on. They had nothing to do anymore besides sit in silence in the freezing cold. They used to have corn hole and they used to have someone walk around making ballon animals for the kids.It was very disappointing and there was nothing to do. There food was not even good. It was very awkward, the restaurant was empty and no one was there. It was very freezing. I talked to the waiter and they said that the speakers and the tv were broken. There were also tables with dirty plates and silverware so it was gross to eat and look at that, I don’t know why they could not clean it no one was there.I went there on February 22, 2022

We had the worst lunch experience ever today at this location in destiny USA The service was terrible, the appetizers were gross, we sent our lunches back to the kitchen and left the restaurant! We would also like to mention the ladies bathroom was disgraceful dirty.
