A friend who is a local took myself and my partner to Shenkin for breakfast on a Thursday morning. We sat out the back which was lovely and quiet so good for a chat/catch up. Customer service was very friendly and attentive, good coffee and nice decor but it was the food that was really impressive. The shakshuka and Angelita were both delicious and a good size. Really great to see interesting menu items and vegetarian friendly food. Would definitely return.

Cozy cafe in the heart of Newtown. I love how the staff talked to me and asked if was my first time and gave me a warm welcome. I was after their famous shakshuka which was worth it! The coffee tastes great and the latte art is a work of art. From the start of their customer service to the finish-they made me feel at home. I definitely will come back to this place. Keep it up! :
