Republic Dining - Sydney

What a stunning little restaurant in the republic hotel on pitt st in the sydney cbd! republic dining serves high quality food from a beautiful menu and a wine list to fit!

I enjoyed a pleasant meal with a friend in the republic dining. it was a Tuesday night and the restaurant was quiet. the server welcomed us and let us sit quickly with menus, wine list and water. after the order, the meals were delivered very quickly. I enjoyed my Barramundi fish it was pan roasted and then slightly baked company and delicious with a crisp skin. my friend enjoyed his lamb dish. we have divided a mixed salad that was very good. there was a good weinlist with an acceptable selection of wein through the overall glass, very good eating and friendly and efficient service.

Great place!!! had an evening dinner at this place tonight and loved eating. as a vegetarian,I get in the regular not.a great selection of food in non-Indian restaurants in sydney, but this place is a take-off both salat ( goat cheese and tomato) and main course house made gnocchi was easy too good. I'm sure I'm going back there. Oh, the weeping collection was also great.

We were served on Tuesday the 11th with a booking of 10. Our cocktails and drinks came out within 2 minutes. The bartenders were amazing, partially Jordie she was so friendly and lovely. Highly recommend. Liam was also lovely, great cleanup of the floor.

Bella from the roof top bar on 31,12.19 to 01.01.20 is the best bar tender I have ever had, she made my feel welcome and always served me with a smile, she deserves a rise
