Quay Seafood Fish & Chips - Sydney

Saw this and had this for almost all the days i am in sydney. calamari combo set at 9.90.calamari and fries. huge serving even for the starter pack! it only comes with one squeezable tomato sauce and tartar sauce. anymore, it will be charged. must eat when it is hot! it open around 12 and close by 7pm i think?

The fish and chips is pretty good, however it is not excellent. The good thing is that it is one of the few reasonably priced restaurants at the quay as you can get fish and chips for 12,50! Definitely eat here if you are going to eat at the quay

I hit this place my first night in Sydney. We had just checked in and were hungry so I went for a little walk with one of my sons. We bought the fish and chips. My wife was a little annoyed because I bought two portions. She changed her mind after tasting. Fish melted in our mouths. Tried this at other restaurants and kiosks but theirs remained the best.

Unless you are just terribly famished, you might want to look elsewhere... stopped by while waiting for the ferry to Manly yesterday. Everything is pre cooked and sitting in warming trays. Also s bit expensive.

The people running this stand were SO friendly and ready to serve! The food was amazing! I would definitely recommend!!
