We ordered 2 x lobster Mornay and it was lucky to be the size of cancer, 3 small mouthfuls per serving...charge over $30 for everyone. Also ordered lamb... spits that were 3 pieces of diced lamb on a spit and lots of onion and capsicum to hide the lack of meat, also for $30. Don't get back. Very expensive for the size of the portions. Very disappointing. We ate and then had more lunch elsewhere because we were all hungry.
So disappointed by the burnt pizza that was hard like a piece of cardboard. When I asked from the waitress how my meal was I informed her that it was burned and she said nothing and went away.. Not sure why she asked. The cocktail was... terrible. Will never go back.
We went to this restaurant for breakfast. I chose the baked eggs from the menu, which sounded delicious. However, when I ordered, the waitress informed me that there was a 25-minute wait for the baked eggs. My husband decided to order something else instead of waiting. 30 minutes later, our breakfast arrived. While the wait was frustrating, the breakfast was delicious. Some menu items even included a free coffee or juice, which helped make the overall price more manageable.
From$114 for lunch for 4 adults and 2 children. Not haute cuisine, but beautiful burgers and pizza and a seafood basket as well as beers all around. Friendly staff. Good value. Darling Harbour is Fab.
Just had three share plates and a large bottle of mineral water at this restaurant at a cost of $60. The ‘Moroccan’ chicken skewers were four poor burnt shrivelled things that were almost inedible, the lamb kofta were dry and tasteless. The only pleasant offering...was some calamari. I took my daughter for lunch and didn’t want to embarrass her by telling the pleasant young waitress that she was working in a poor excuse for a restaurant.
