Mcdonald's Croydon Park - Sydney

Check their order before leaving, his happened to me too often come home and missing an article or two. my rating on 1 after a few years sitting at 3, they consistently miss things and service is terrible

The food was good and fresh, the venue looked amazing for McHappy Day also (clean and tidy). My only real qualm was the way in which the much older supervisor was speaking to the much younger staff. Constant put downs and encouraging phrases like “do better, get it together, come on!” The poor kids looked absolutely defeated. I hope they realise that this behaviour isn’t ok that they’re doing a wonderful job under such judgement. To the supervisor; encouraging tone will yield stronger results. You yourself were lovely clearly under pressure, but please know that isn’t an excuse to belittle and put down your team.

The staffs just chatting and kidding each other while several customers are waiting so long.If you want to order in the counter, you just can stand there for long time and wish someone come to serve you.I think this place really really need a talented manager.
