Hills Bros - Sydney

I love this place polished concrete benches, tight but convivial stools, funky library table lights nouveau minimalist chic. The coffee is tops, service slick, and they introduced me to Panela sugar makes everything better.

I tried a unique congee at this restaurant - it was a first for me to eat it with a fork! In my opinion, it was not a traditional congee, which is usually more like a rice soup. This version was more like porridge or even risotto in consistency. Despite this, it tasted quite good, especially with added chili sauce. The standout for me, however, was their coffee - smooth with a perfect hint of bitterness. I would recommend stopping by, even if you don't work in the area.

Been hearing about this cafe and wanted to try it out. Only had time for a quick treat and coffee. The staff were very friendly and the coffee was very good. Chose the Toblerone cookie which was amazing!! All in all enjoyed the experience.

It’s a lovely little place inside an office building, great coffee, great food and the people working there are warm and friendly! Will be back when I’m around the area.

This place has great interior design that is open and not reliant on little chairs around small wooden tables like every other city cafe, which is good thinking. The service and the staff are excellent. Friendly and efficient. Will certainly be back.
