I love it if I can discover a brand new restaurant that I can share with them all here on yelp this restaurant is the former atl maranatha of kensington.

Not very often I meet Indonesian foods so authentic every bite takes me back to sit from the wood hut on the land of java with my hand.

Her atl fried huh is her underwriting court. they pressed the chicken before the deep frying, as result crispy skin coating with soft meat bone. I loved the crunchy, but not so much the soft bone. I prefer chicken with something bite. also tried their ayam bakar manis, (drilled chicken with sweet soy sauce) same cooking method, but instead of deep frying, the huh was grilled. not a big fan of sweet soy sauce, sweet in a dish is not my thing. Do not worry about the Atl method, the bones are easy to chew. the chicken was quite dry and the teig was not crispy at all. the grilled chicken tasted exactly the same, but with a very mild sauce. at $17 for a quarter huh, this is the usual Mascot tax several times.
