3 Wise Monkeys - Sydney

I have dropped in here for a drink a few times but never had a chance to sample the menu until last week. I went with the pork rib and butter milk chicken combo. Great size share platter for 2. The ribs were cooked well and the buttermilk chicken had great flavour.

Little did I know this corner pub with the monkey statues serves up American style fare! Opted for a big slab of pork ribs smothered in sauce and perched atop a bed of chips. Literally need 2 people to finish this! My friend got a cheeseburger which was a tasty little number complete with a side of cheesy bacon fries. Good for a quiet mid city lunch feed, or the start or end to a big night out on the town!

My absolutely holy grail pub in city right now. Drag all my friend to come here after an intense exam and have so fun. The most special thing in here is the music, extremely trendy , up to date, food was also nice and reasonable price, the whole vibe is just amazing.

Great place for dinner and a few drinks after work. Their $11 pizzas and burgers during the week are such awesome value – would definitely recommend for workers in the CBD!

My girlfriends and i come here pretty often for a late dinner ( & $20 cocktail jugs!!!) and then dancing upstairs. They’ve always got the best DJs and we’ve never had a bad experience here. Cannot recommend it enough!
