Waited for nearly an hour and they forgot about my order.

The food at this restaurant was delicious, but the service was lacking. My daughter's order came out first, followed by mine 25 minutes later, and then my son's order came out another 20 minutes after that. When I ordered a latte and my daughter ordered a cappuccino, they brought out one beverage without specifying which one it was. When asked, the server just shrugged and said it was a coffee. Additionally, the restaurant's toilets were described as disgusting.

Super great choice of deserts but not cheap. Would go again but only for a special occasion

Such a shame. We had heard a good review. Ordered four desserts and a coffee. Two desserts and drink turned up quickly. We waited. And waited. Asked the front of house overseer where the other items were and he didn't return to query what we were waiting for or explain anything. Eventually went up for a refund. Husband hadn't noticed he had only been charged for what we had received. The server who had taken the order did at least acknowledge and apologise for not actually taking down the other two items ordered. Items received were of good quality and prompt service, however the poor service from the servers in addition to the grubby feeling in the restaurant (eg, dirty menu, windows, dusty light fittings, dirty door frames/ handles and corners in toilet area, unkempt kitchen area) made us feel we wouldn't be keen to return.
