Gallinis Brasserie - Swansea

This restaurant looks at swansea marina. the dinner was excellent. well cooked and delicious. the service was attentive. the prices were affordable with a good selection of things. Too bad that it was not better protected in the night we went.

Was a last minute choice to eat here, but it was the perfect choice for a family meeting. a lot of choice, affordable and eating and wein were excellent. many thanks to employees and chef who made us so welcome. david

Very disappointed. we thought we were an impromptu lunch in our favourite restaurant, where we have spent many a special day, birthday or family celebration for over twenty years. I appreciate that it didn't take long after we had our starters, but the service was not as good as usual. a plus was that they brought me some water when I developed a cough that was very appreciated. my main meal and appetizer was beautiful, although pfefferminzsoße was tasteless. husbands starter was in order, but could be improved when served with brot. his steak was crispy and many of them could not be eaten. When I called the waiter to take him home, he did that, but no excuse. during this my man inadvertently tipped his soft drink and while it woke up, no attempt was made to offer or to ask if we wanted a replacement. at no time we offer dessert, coffee or if we wish more drinks. I wanted to ask for the bill, and the girl they had called from the coffeeshop for work was nice, so friendly and somehow made herself for our bad experience.

My fiancée treated me to a valentine-stag meal at gallini and the food was wonderful, it was our first visit and we both had chicken-punched pasta and the tasty garlauchbrot ever followed by crème brûlée for me and tiramisu for mathew. It...was a beautiful meal and the location with views of the marina was perfect. the staff was very friendly and attentive and the candle on the table was a beautiful note. will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine.

Restaurant was shut for lunch on day I wanted but Amy.from the restaurant went out of her way and put on the most amazing lunch especially for us as it was our 2nd date , we had the restaurant to ourselves, it was like a...version of first dates but far far better , candles, you name it , it was there for us , Amy was just awesome , the restaurant overlooks the Marina so we could go for a lovely walk after , highly recommended. 20/ 10 could not fault it
