Costa Coffee - Swansea

Turned out to be a good place for breakfast three times . We didn’t want to indulge in the large and expensive breakfast in our hotel so chose this instead . We found there was plenty on offer for a light breakfast , M and S instant porridge or yogurt and granola , croissant or fruit . All very reasonable and served by a friendly person who remembered us when we turned up for the second time . Handy too for coach or bus travellers . Very clean and attractively furnished .

I pop into Costa every morning, have to say staff are amazing and friendly. Always go above and beyond. Lovely coffee, my favourite

Went in to get 2 coffees there was a girl and a guy behind the counter the guy was doing everything and the girl was horrible and rude behind the counter The coffees weren’t nice either but she made me feel so uncomfortable never again will I be getting coffee there!!!

Tables dirty Toilets dirty Only 1 member of staff !!!!! Only takeaway cups available Cookie stale Cold hot food not available Will not be revisiting Not the fault of the staff!!!!!!!!!

The weather was appalling and what’s needed when it’s raining......HOT CHOCOLATE!!! Came in and only had to wait a few seconds before being served. The barista was friendly, welcoming and far too happy on a grey, wet and miserable Saturday My hit chocolate arrived and it was very hot, warmed my hands and definitely hit the spot. Thanks for brightening my wet, grey and dull Saturday up, and for great customer service.
