Brynhyfryd Palace - Swansea

I was recommended this restaurant by a friend, but my experience was disappointing. The spare ribs were mostly bones with little meat, and they didn’t have much flavor of barbecue sauce. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2.

The staff member I spoke to didn’t even apologize; she simply said that she only processes payments and that it wasn’t her fault there were prawns in my dish. At one point, she even tried to claim it was cooked pork until I showed her the plate with the prawns. When I asked her what she intended to do about it, I was taken aback by her lack of concern—she didn’t seem to care that I could have ended up in the hospital. She did issue a refund, but she even offered to return the food that contained the prawns to me! I am still in disbelief and plan to take further action. This restaurant needs to be investigated; anyone with allergies should definitely avoid eating here.
