Papa John's Pizza - Swannanoa

Terrible service this morning. I called at 10 a.m. and was commissioned for 3 minutes, okay not a big thing. I called at about. 10:05 clock back, was taken back for 3 minutes. I was taken off to hear the noise in the background of the pizza. hallo, and was then suspended. I called back about 10:10 clock, back to place for 4 minutes, the phone began to ring as if someone could pick it up and answer it, no, it was going to hold again. 20 minutes and no one answered the phone.?

I spent almost 50$ for food on April/15/2020 food was cold I got it right off my porch before the driver left very unhappy and disappointed would like a refund because I will not be ordering from papa John's anymore

This restaurant should be shut down for failing to adhere to Covid safety guidelines. The kitchen was packed with staff who were not wearing masks or gloves. To make matters worse, the pizza I received was cold. I have tried to speak to Eddie Sanchez, the Area supervisor, a few times but he has not made any changes despite promising to address the issue with the staff.
