My son and his 2 friends had such a good time tobogganing for his 12th birthday celebrations! The staff I encountered were super friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for you. Special mention to the guy running the tobogganing on Friday 15th Dec, the lads all said how great he was with them, so thank you! Reasonably priced for what you get. Definitely recommend.

My daughter (age 11) and I had a great couple of hours this morning in the sunshine. We had a go at the snow tube, toboggan and the drop in the company of our very friendly and experienced instructor. We will definitely return with the rest of the family thank you!

Despite it looking a little tired the staff were lovely and the tobogganing was great.

Just had a couple of hours fun with the grandkids, who are nice and tired now. We had the sno-tube, toboggan and drop and they loved it. They also kindly offered both girls a taster on the ski which they loved and saw how tiring it was. Great bunch of staff who made us all feel very welcome. We will be back.

Very expensive. We paid £40 and got one ride on the tobaggan in an hour and a half odd long visit. 40 mins wait for a 90 second ride . We Called it quits as time slot booking appeared to have collapsed into a free for all. Understaffed perhaps and Queue jumping seemed apparent. Staff trying hard but not organised, undertrained one in restaurant didn’t know how to make a Mocha. Staff on the toboggan was ready for a break and still had 5 hours to go. Nice lad. Whole facility felt run down and ramshackled. Toilets were unpleasant. My son didn’t want to go when he visited them. Overall very disappointed. Wasted time and money on this visit.
