Papa John's Pizza - Swadlincote

I ordered from this restaurant via Just Eat and tried to change the delivery address over the phone. Unfortunately, my food never arrived. I had to call multiple times because the staff kept hanging up on me. Eventually, I learned that my address had been changed to a random postcode, and the food was delivered to someone else's house. Upon further investigation, I found out that this postcode was for a retail park, meaning we never received our food. The customer service was terrible, and I feel like I was lied to. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I had two pizzas delivered last Tuesday. Delivery faster than expected. Pizza piping hot. It was simply delicious with fair amount of toppings and really generous amount of cheese. First time ordering from papa Johns but was always sceptical as I’ve heard bad reviews, and overall the food was nice, I ordered 3 pizzas and the jalepino bites, the food was nice, one of the pizzas however there was hardly any toppings on, wasn’t a fan of the dips they were way too buttery, and the guy that delivered it didn’t say a word just opened the bag up expecting me to get the boxes out then just said enjoy then left, so I found that quite rude but overall it wouldn’t be my first place to go to get a pizza but i would come again as I find the prices quite reasonable Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 2
