Starbucks Coffee - Suwanee

Baristas are very knowledgeable and help you figure out what you want, and make it perfectly! Negative: Very noisy when busy! (This is to be expected sometimes, but the decibels when rush hour hits make it hard to talk to someone next to you. Not a great place for wfh or schoolwork if you are distracted by noise. Would be fine if you need ambient background noise. Positive: Solid place to hang out and half-study with friends. Very good chairs for support and back-cracking! Tables are not large enough for you to spread out at, so bring only the essentials.

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever experienced. And this is not the first time I have come. I came yesterday and the day before ? all 3 times I have sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes. (I had a sleeping baby in the car so I can?t just go in)

They always make my coffee great! Very quick when you order ahead as well!

The only thing that gives them one star is Jade at the register, except I didn't get a receipt. But she was very sweet and patient. I waited for about 25 minutes after placing my order and that's not a problem except ones my order was done I didn't know because the guy just placed it on the counter. He didn't say a name or anything had I not gone up there to look and touch all over drinks that could have possibly not been mine I wouldn't have known my drinks were ready. One that should be a real health concern for yall anyone could just touch and mess with others drinks because yall aren't making sure it goes to the correct guest. This is the 3rd incident I have had at this location in 1 month so this will be my last time in there. I am very disappointed in the customer service and yall food/beverages.

Fast to order, fast to go through the drive through. I have not had any problems with recieving anything so far.
