I called to find out what's going on, they put me under control for 20 minutes, I could hear the guy on the background, not even respond to another call. Hang up and call again, and they said the order was canceled because they don't have the ingredients to make the pizza? Philly cheese steak pizza? You had no courtesy to call me to let me know.
At this point, medium pizza sizes and boxes were much smaller and I had just ordered at another place last week. Pizzas were also much sweeter than normal. Not in the instability of the products.
Usually we get good pizza from this place. Some like yesterday the order we didn't like because it wasn't done well. The baker is not complete.
Domino's performing large 3 topping pizza for $8 (at least in Georgia) is a big thing, so if we want pizza that's always it. My recent visit was mediocre: Pizza was fine, but the cashier was wasted minutes to tell me the POS 's (point of the card reader) directions follow his directions (Read it in when the machine said backsert, start breaking when it said swap that all turned out to be wrong) if my credit card chip 't read. They were also made of napkins. - One? As a personal preference, I like Domino 's pizza better than Pizza Hut 's but Domino 's now fees for hot pepper grated parm (free with pizza hat). Domino 's also skips on toppings compared to pizza hat. Domino is 4 if everything is right.
Franchise stores are supposed to be consistent in their product. Only thing consistent for me was the runs to the toilet from eating here. Waited 25 minutes for my pizzas in the store. That night when I had mud butt, I remember over hearing the highest ranking employee there getting asked, so are you the manger today. Someone on the phone complaining they can't order a gluten free pizza. Response was yeah they only can order what we had prepped today. He went in to say I didn't prep that today and we short staffed, so and so called out. All this stuff was prepped from 2 days ago. Its so busy today and I have been non stop making pizzas. With this conversation, there must have been some bad handling of food somewhere. I had left overs and ate it the next day and got mud butt again. First time I didn't think it was from here, second time confirmed it was from here. Warning.
