Cracker Barrel - Suwanee

Mixed Experience. Over the last 25 years, I've dined at various Cracker Barrel locations and have experienced both enjoyable and disappointing meals. The quality of food and service can vary significantly depending on the location. Recently, I encountered some negative experiences that made me reluctant to return, but when faced with the choice between Cracker Barrel and fast food last night, I decided to give it another shot. My visit to the Suwanee location was quite pleasant. I received outstanding service from a new server named Mike. I ordered the Chicken and Dumplings, along with carrots, turnip greens, and pinto beans. While I wasn't particularly impressed with the Chicken and Dumplings (Carver's is much better), the vegetables were flavorful and well-seasoned. The tea and cornbread were enjoyable as well. It seems to be becoming more difficult to find places that serve this kind of comfort food, so it's nice to have Cracker Barrel as a dependable option from time to time. Plus, if you find yourself in areas where sweet tea is scarce (like Philly or Chicago), you can always count on finding it here.

The service at the restaurant was excellent. They offer the best biscuits in town, and the establishment is very clean. I would highly recommend it.

We were seated right away, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our visit. The food was delicious, and it was nice to see management on hand to check that everything was to our liking. They even took the time to wish us a Merry Christmas!

This is a good place, trust me. The service was busy when I went. I went right after church and that is when they're usually busy, but I didn't mind because the food was worth it! The chicken and dumplings were awesome and so was the fried chicken. They also have good sides. The price is good too, you can't beat that.

They have the best retail service people were excellent. Food was awesome. The server was top notch. The boutique was the best in Atlanta. I spent more because of the beautiful merchandising
