Bring exact change if you expect to use cash. No change. My order was $13.30. I gave the girl a $20 bill and asked her if she was rounding down. She said yes. As a courtesy, I told her I had the 30 in my truck and would bring it to her. She gave me $6 back. I questioned her and she said she’d pay me my $1 when I brought her 30.Really? You are going to make me pay extra because the manager wasn’t smart enough to get all the cash he needed when he went to the bank? Poor management and poor customer service. I drove by several places to eat before I stopped at Chipotle in Suwanee but rest assured I won’t be back.By the way, the food was good. Customer focus was the short fall and the reason I’ll go somewhere else next time.
The service was friendly and quick..but that is where the positive of the experience ends.the chips on the chips and cheese dip were stale.The cheese dip was bland..even with what I guess were jalapeños. I got a veggie bowl for my daughter and a steak burrito for me.she said hers was fine. Mine fell apart almost immediately. The steak was not appetizing and the flour tortilla tasted old. Maybe it's just this location.anyway the service was quick.
Ordered from the app and got home to half full burrito bowl. I asked for guacamole and I barely even saw in the food. Might as well go inside so you can observe them putting a good amount of food in the order. Horrible.
I order from this location frequently, and I am upset that the food preparation wasn’t done properly and thoroughly when they were cooking food. I found a bar code sticker on my orange bell pepper. This is very upsetting and made me feel sick. I hope they can improve on this matter.
