Przekaż informację zwrotnąThis place needs training for employees. I ordered thru drive in. I ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 of 8pcs jalapeno bites a large onion ring. No receipt was offered nor provided. One of jalapeno bite was missing when I received my bag so I had to walk in. It took a little while for her to find my order since no receipt was provided. No apology nor explanation at all. She just put a missing item in my bag. Later one of my sandwich was a wrong one when I opened my beg at home. I ordered a double whopper but they gave me a single. I checked the price online since no receipt and they charged me for a double. No wonder the BK is going down in market. I hate to see it as an old whopper fan but no BK from now.
I stopped for breakfast on a Friday morning and James was already at work. He recommended a better deal than I ordered. Suggested jelly for my sausage sandwich and was truly happy to be at work making my morning that much better.It is hard enough to get workers and James is a good one. I hope management ready and acts on good reviews as well as the bad.
This is a very nice and clean Burger King. They were mopping the floor when I was there. It is nice to see this place kept clean.
Typical BK. Staff shortages have taken their toll so sometimes you can't dine in. Staff that is there is friendly and usually efficient with taking your order and getting your food to you.
Good food and mostly friendly employees but a few are quite rude
