Cock Inn Sutton Coldfield

I visited the **** Inn for a birthday meal and had the nourishing bowl, slow-fried bubbly fish, and the fish cake. All of the dishes were excellent, beautifully presented, and delicious. The service was very good; the staff was friendly and polite. The fruit crumble dessert was enormous and incredibly tasty. The menu offers a wide variety of options, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

I organized a surprise 70th birthday dinner for my sister with 33 guests. Every day leading up to the event, I had to hide all the decorations and cakes to keep it a secret from her. The staff at the restaurant did an excellent job, and the evening went incredibly well. Everyone on the team was really helpful, especially considering they were facing a staffing shortage.

I had an outstanding evening, with delicious food, attentive service, and a wonderful atmosphere.

Lovely pub, friendly staff however the food was a disappointment for me. The creamy mushroom starter was more watery than creamy, the lamb a little over for me, and crumble luke warm with cold crumb. Shame.
