Via Napoli Pizzeria - Surry Hills

We have visited this restaurant several times since it opened, but have always had issues with the pizzas. My experience here, including last night, was disappointing due to the limp and not crispy pizza base. Whether it's the dough, the flour, or the cooking process, the bases are always limp. As someone who has some knowledge about Italian cuisine, I expected the pizzas to be cooked in the traditional thin and crispy way. However, the pasta we had last night was very good. Unfortunately, there are limited dessert options available (we had tiramisu). If you are looking for good pizzas, there are better restaurant options nearby. The service was great despite being busy and turning over quickly.

I recently dined at this restaurant with a large group of 10 friends. The service was quick, but the male servers appeared to be overconfident and a bit sloppy. We ordered a 1-meter pizza, which was undercooked and had raw dough. It was difficult to pick up the slices, so we had to eat it with a knife and fork. The pizza was bland and unappetizing. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant. Three people in our group ended up getting sick afterwards. The individual pizzas that were ordered separately were decent, but I would not recommend getting the 1-meter pizza as it was disappointing. Additionally, we felt rushed to leave the restaurant.

We had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food was absolutely amazing, and despite being very busy, there was no delay in service. Our waitress, Guia, was exceptional and all the employees worked hard to ensure their customers had a pleasant dining experience. We appreciate the dedicated staff and commend the chef. Thank you!

Booked online for a Friday dinner and it was exactly what we needed. the place was full of people. we had the zucchini flowers as entree and it was fab, pappardelle bolognese was also great along with the pizza burratina (san marzano tomaten, Prosciutto,...Burrata cheese pepper). book them in advance so they don't have to wait for dinner. I would definitely go back.

Wandered Crown St and came upon this place. It was buzzing. We got an outside table for the 4 of us and it was lovely. Food was great and service fantastic, just what we wanted.
