The Cricketer's Arms Hotel

Distinctive from most other pubs in Surry hills, Cricketer's looked a bit run down from outside and could use some TLC. Not sure it was by design or lack of maintenance? Down the back a number of communal tables were under cover good for large groups, but got a bit wet on rainy days. The indoor part wasn't big and felt dingy. It's definitely a rainy day pub where you don't necessarily want to waste a nice sunny day in this grimey place. thernbdiary.com

That's a jewel! The hot chips are the bomb and everything is great. The chefs are so friendly and good to look! Definitely recommend.

Top Notch food and service. Kitchen staff always happy, something to recommend that you like. Zedated beef snacks are heavenly and the hot chips are spiced with something, even the Colonel would be jealous.

Definitely the best place to get a drink after work !! You will find a chill and relax atmosphere, really nice after a long week of intense work! :) Come over and look at yourself !! ;)
