It was pretty slammed when we got there but they got through the line pretty quickly. We decided to park and go in since the drive thru line was long but were a little thrown off that the entrance was on the other side of the building. The girl who took our order was nice. I had to use the restroom and it was clean. We ordered medium Iced Capps and some Timbits. Drinks were great and donuts were fresh and delicious. I feel like there was very little organization here though. People were getting handed drinks and donuts from different spots, no one knew where to really wait. Overall a good experience here, we'll be back next time we go to Costco.
Worst service ever. They messed up our drive thru order and when we go back to them complaining they won’t open the door and kept us waiting. No Tim Hortons ever did that, whenever any Tims mess up the order they always correct their mistakes by remaking the order, but not this location. Never visiting this location.?
I called bcz my uber order was wrong ! That rude guy replied me that he has been working there for 3 years when I told him that I also worked as tim supervisor that I won’t lie to you !Atleast know how to say sorry to a customer if you ruin someone’s drink!
I just had drive through steep tea and girl working on drive through she hold 10 Cars all honking and she give food to another International student while stopping all cars. It’s too much with this students favour students but it’s not India lines are here to follow. Not favours here. Bought tea on 30 Aug at around 1:15 Am. Customer service really bad with this Tim’s.
If there’s zero star option for the service I will do it. The point of placing mobile order is to just pick up your order as soon as it’s available upon your arrival. Man! You could be waiting there for half an hour but nobody’s making your order. Last time I was there I’ve waited for 15 mins when I arrived (foods were ordered 5 mins prior to my arrival btw) before I say I’m picking up a mobile order which comprised of 2 L F.Vanilla and aFarmer’s wrap. Then I just saw the employees doing nothing, some of them are gossiping and laughing while I’m waiting for my order to be made. Then another 10mins have passed I still didn’t get my order. I have to follow up to them again but this time in a different tone, showing them that I’m upset about their poor service. Then 2 employees are pointing fingers and talking in their Indian language. ??
