The pizza is burn and i order to make spicy but they didn't ans also it must be hot if it fresh but is just warm.Also, they didn't cut line in proper.
The restaurant does not offer 2 for 1 deals and the staff is not knowledgeable about the available promotions. The pizza is tasty, but it is overpriced without a deal.
We entered the restaurant to order pizza. When we requested a topping substitution, the customer service representative informed us that we would still be charged for the topping even if we didn't want it. After asking to speak to a manager or shift manager, we were told that the manager was unavailable and we would have to pay regardless. This lack of customer service was exacerbated by the fact that the manager was reportedly out partying. This experience has deterred me from returning to the restaurant, especially given the negative reviews from other recent customers.

However, I chose to maintain my composure as she lacked proper manners and customer service skills that should be expected from someone in her position as the face of the establishment.
