Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Surrey

First time having Popeyes Chicken, it was terrible. The only spice I could taste was SALT! it was so salty I couldn 't finish it. I felt my blood pressure going up when I was eating it. The biscuits tasted like buttered popcorn but not in a good way. More butter than anything else. Have no idea how this is world famous . Just go dump salt and butter in your mouth and call it a day. Will never eat there again. The only positive was the staff were quick, polite and kind.

I've been going to this location for a couple years . In the beginning it was amazing ! Great good food clean establishment. It no longer is any of that . The girls that work there are very sweet and polite . The last three times I went the chicken was undercooked and the place was a mess . I understand it's hard to get new cooks these days but if you are training you MUST keep an experienced cook beside the new until they learn everything about cooking chicken . I've made a decision to stop eating here sadly I can not support a local restaurant if they don't step up and work harder . Eating in a messy restaurant is too dangerous. If you can't keep the front clean I can't imagine the back . Sorry Popeyes but please do better , your product is great when done right .

I like their food but they kept forgetting things in my order (side of popcorn shrimp and coleslaw), and when I called, they said they asked their packer and she tried saying she put my coleslaw in both bags (I got 2 seperate orders), but she didn 't, and they 're too expensive to be like oh it 's just one large side that 's missing so I had to drive back. They were good enough to give me my coleslaw but geez, ya know? Just make sure you check your order before leaving is all I 'm saying.

Nice and clean restaurant, service is fast and staff is friendly.

A big shout out to an individual, a guy taking orders on the drive-thru and handing out orders at the window during our visit to Popeyes yesterday. I forgot to take his name. I came here yesterday with my husband in the drive-thru and we were amazed by the order taker. how can someone be professional and friendly at the same time as this guy was? fluent, very easy to understand the accent, and polite. His fluency, clear accent, and genuine politeness left a lasting impression on us. Thanks to him for working for Popeyes and taking customer service to the next level.
