I always avoid this location even-though it is closer to my home from past experiences. My sister ordered from this location not knowing we don’t order from there. We ordered 3 large pizzas I went in to pick them up. The In-store experience was good as the person on till was nice however when we got home and gave out the pizza to the guests one of the guests had a hair in their slice. This store never fails to make a mistake when making their pizza. It’s so embarrassing as the guests were hungry and eating and then everyone is grossed out by the hair being in one of the slices. We then proceeded to call the call centre and had the worst experience talking to “Mk.” She asked for pictures of the pizza which we sent to an email that she provided for her to then say she never received it. I then confirmed the email that she gave me and she then provided a different email and apologized for giving the wrong email??? I sent the picture, she then says we need to drive to the store and give them the box of pizza, as if it wasn’t already inconvenient enough. She says there’s nothing she can do as this is the stores fault. Aren’t you the call centre? Shouldn’t you carry out this complain to the store and not the customer? This is the only number you can contact. I then asked for the head office number, she tells me there is no head office number. How is there no head office number? What big franchise doesn’t have a head office? I then asked her to give me the managers number or any other person with higher authority that I could speak with. She then says she can’t give me their information? How else does one contact the manager of this call centre? Is there a place I can walk into? I told her I wanted a business phone number or email not their personal number or email. After going back and forth with her for about 20 mins and telling her I have experience with customer service and there’s always someone else that a customer can speak to she gave in and provided me with the managers email. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. All on top of not being able to eat because the store failed to be hygienic and follow the proper protocols to keep hair from falling into the food. 0/10 don’t recommend this location and to the call centre please hire better people. You’re paying people that have 0 customer service experience and don’t know how to please their customers.
I love Panago. I have a tomato allergy I so enjoy being able to order a very tasty pizza without tomato sauce. Most pizza outlets will just omit the sauce. This just isn't tasty pizza. The service is great as well.
What a colossal fail! Too many details to fit in one post.The worst tasting pizza and the absolute lousiest service.There are too many choices for good pizza and Panago should know better.Do yourself a favor, actually do your money a favor and just burn it instead of wasting it ordering from Panago.
