Maitri Bhavan - Surrey

After returning to Canada from a short trip, we were craving some delicious South Indian cuisine. The food was fantastic, the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. It was definitely worth the money.

The environment is unique that no south indian food spots in the location. eating is ok, his decent boiled, but I thought the lonely lacked a pronounced taste. the vada seemed overcrowded. idli was definitiw fluffy and filled. could try again. the biryani.

It may have been our fault for arriving about an hour before closing time, but the food we received at this restaurant was lacking in quality despite the quantity. The dosa was decent, but the vadas and iddli were hard and did not taste fresh. The restaurant itself was clean and the service was good. Hopefully, the restaurant takes this assessment as an opportunity for improvement.

We loved the dosas and the uthappans server here .. the personal is very decent and helpful. the sambhar (has no sugar grateful) was super and so was the masala dosa and the uthappa the items are decent price

I had a great experience at this restaurant, which offers authentic Andhra goat Biryani served with raita and coconut sauce. The Thali was excellent with a good variety of vegetables. The addition of lamb curry was not necessary as there were already enough dals and veggies. The Mysore Dosa was delicious and very filling, according to my friend. Her son especially loved the mango ice cream. The restaurant is located in the Payal Business Center, which was a refreshing change to see an authentic South Indian restaurant in this plaza. I would definitely return.
