Freshslice Pizza - Surrey

We always come here to order pizza. as always, they have the worse customer service. but it doesn't matter to me as long as they give me the order right. but today I really can't keep it the dame that served me I was so nice to her and she looks so irritated when I corrected my order because she didn't get it right and that was still ok to me. but when I asked an additional plate. she put my change on the plate and ask her if she thinks what she did is clean and sanitary, and she said yes, it's clean. unbelievably please who creates this place that they better make their coworkers right there, this behavior is unacceptable!

Been there for the first time and found it to be just an average pizza, nothing so exciting about it. The server( sardar Ji) was courteous. the cashier lady was just thinking about the money, not the customer Lol. overall I am just NOT impressed.

I order butter chicken cheese.but They are gave to me from Wamar. I need fresh pizza but they are gave to me very bad one. Very very poor customer service. Evening shift assistant manager very bad . She is the one gave to me.

Had their bbq chicken and cheese pizza slices from here a day before. The crust looked undercooked and raw. The chicken wasn't cooked well. I don't know if it was the cheese or oil,something was looking watery and flowing from the pizza which didnt look good at all. And I got this after waiting in the line for do long so I assume the staff is in a hurry to just sell off pizzas. I wonder if they follow the proper cooking instructions and bake it for the required amount of time! It have me a bad stomach and vomiting and I don't think I'll ever eat their pizza again, given their butter chicken pizza used to be my favorite for so many years. With this experience, I can't think of having it again. I wish someone would do an inspection there to see if they're complying to the standards and do proper cooking. I see a lot of other reviews regarding the undercooked pizza so it looks they just want to sell off pizza whether it's properly done or not and not care for their customers. The owner should do something serious about it.

Recently ate here and ordered 2 slices from 2 different types of pizza. Both slices were cold and 1 slice was doughy and soft. I watched the girl put them in the oven too and it was only for 10-12 seconds and then she rang me through quickly. I wasn’t in a hurry at all and there wasn’t a line up. I wouldn’t suggest or recommend eating here.
