Domino's Pizza - Surrey

I don't usually write reviews about food or my experiences, but I feel compelled to do so now. I typically prefer to pay cash upon delivery instead of adding a tip to the bill. A simple greeting is all it takes to earn a tip from me. However, assuming there is no tip because it's not on the bill is wrong. It's unacceptable to drop my pizza on the ground and then write a rude message on my bill about not receiving a tip in the past. This is unprofessional behavior. If the delivery person had rung the doorbell and handed me my order personally, they would have known there was a tip to be had. Unfortunately, my pizza arrived cold, without a seal, and with an attitude. This experience was disappointing, and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again. What's even more upsetting is that my 5-year-old son looks forward to handing the delivery person a tip when he sees them approaching on the app, but he has never had the chance to do so.

I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce, but they mistakenly put tomato sauce instead. When I brought it up to the employee at the counter, she insisted that she had indeed put Alfredo sauce on the pizza.

Whenever I order thin crust pizza, I always request for it to be cut in pie slices, but every time they cut it into many squares instead. It's disappointing that they don't pay attention to special requests, especially when they offer different cutting options for the pizza.

I ordered 8 pieces of hot wings from this location and it was very burnt. This is not my first time ordering wings from Dominos but this times the wings was extra burnt.I called the store and one of the lady supervisor picked up the phone and refused to replace the wings for me. Furthermore, she tried to educate me that the wings supposed to look like that and telling me that I lied. I felt very insulted and mistreated as a customer. Here, I’m trying to give my feedback to this supervisor so she can get my orders right but in returns she called me a liar and refuses to replace my order.If I can give a zero star for customer service, I would totally do it. This location needs to retrain their supervisor and manager because clearly they’re not professional in dealing with unsatisfied customer.Guess they don’t want my business and I will gladly take it elsewhere.

Their food is always fresh and hot. The stuffed bread, Cinnastix and lava cakes are amazing. The staff are very helpful and friendly.
