Coco Fresh Tea Juice - Surrey

I visited this restaurant on Tuesday morning and I must say, I would give it zero stars if possible. The woman who took my order was extremely rude. She had trouble understanding me and even asked me to repeat myself because she thought my voice was too quiet, which was quite annoying. She was very impolite in the way she spoke to me. Additionally, when she left to make my drink before I finished ordering, I was unable to complete my request. When I brought this up to her after receiving the drink, she made a terrible excuse claiming that I didn't communicate my order properly. Furthermore, the drink was poorly made as the powder did not fully dissolve, leaving lumps. Despite my liking for the brand, I will not be returning to this establishment as it had the worst service I have experienced in Vancouver.

I requested my drink without ice, explaining that I would be taking it later and didn't want it to get watery as it had happened before. The server did not acknowledge my request and ended up removing some of the ice and adding water instead of milk, which defeated the purpose. I decided to still take the drink because I hate wasting food when there are people who can't find enough to eat or drink. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

The staff at this restaurant displayed racist behavior by not acknowledging our presence when we entered, while warmly greeting a Chinese couple. We purchased a matcha drink, paid for it, and thanked them, but they did not respond. While saying hi or thank you may not be required, it is a common courtesy that should be practiced.

Their bbt are absolutely the best. I was recommeded to try the chocolate slush and it was bussin fr. The staffs are so nice and cool too. The cashier lady I talked to today was so kind. Def coming

Okay place to get bubble tea in surrey. Lots of types of Toppings and teas ro choose from to make your drink. The atmosphere and decor is fine and a standard across this chain. Teas were made properly and without a super long wait or anything. We just got simple milk teas with pearls and found the tea flavour to be good and have a roasted flavour that I liked.
