Do not think about saving only a few dollars by reducing employees, they also think about customer time.
Stopped by here last night with the bf for an order (drive thru on our weekly meet up and wanted some quick and tasty that would satisfy my regular vegetarian tendencies. The Impossible Whopper would hit the spot. So we order at the window, after taking a moment to decide what bf wants, and then pull ahead to the window and pay. We paid and then we're promptly told to pull ahead and wait outside the front and he would run the food out to us. I'd assumed it would be a minute or two and they didn't want to jam the drive thru, so we obliged. We waited about 10 15 mins for the staff to bring out the food and when we saw her we drove from a parking stall right there to retrieve the food. She asked us what we ordered to verify it was for us and we accepted it then moved on with our meals now in hand. They were very polite but I wish they had told us that there would be a wait or offered us to order something else if we didn't want to wait. Most good places do this. They could have kept us waiting 20 mins or more and we wouldn't have known why or what for, having already given them the money. After we had ordered many, many cars, at dinner hour, came and went, as did orders from inside the restaurant. I understand if not many people order an item it can take time, but usually BK is fast on the pull, and at dinner time, one would imagine stocked to go. The burgers were standard albeit squashed, somehow, and the fries and gravy were hot enough just enough. Cant really complain too much about fast food, but nothing amazing here either. I've been to much better and seen much worse, but at least they were polite about it all. Don't expect a lot but if you're going to BK you already knew not to ;
I dont know why they cant give fresh mozzarella sticks to children, Burger King customer service at some locations is very very poor, one of those locations is 88 Avenue, that girl told me rudely that we should have told it before if we wanted fresh ones, what the hell. I have to tell to give us fresh food for my child. Just give fresh. And if not, then you guys must ask the customers that we are going to give you soggy mozzarella sticks if those are ok with us we would tell you.
Worst customer services. order three meal and i got this in one service plate and they are stack on each other like someone throw food to animal. there was no ketchup, tissue, straw is on plate. Additionally when i requested the plate server was not quite happy. Furthermore when i ask for refill then they asked me for pay more. Finally , since then my kids are not feeling well after eating their food. they have diarrhea. Server who serve us name Satnam and supervisor was Hasena. both staff didnot help us or resolve our issue when raised.
Paid extra for honey mustard, double checked with employee if it was in the bag, came home and I find out it’s not in the bag. My whole meal is ruined actually my whole night. I’m so upset. I’m also very disappointed. It deserves negative rating.
