Brewster's Pub Liquor Store - Surrey

I haven't been to Brewsters in years, although I used to go once a month not long ago. Unfortunately, I've noticed that the quality of their food has declined, and the portion sizes are smaller now. The prices remain reasonable, especially with their deals. The service was decent, but I had to ask three times for a glass of water from two different servers before I finally received one, even though the restaurant wasn't very busy. Overall, I doubt I'll be visiting as frequently as I used to.

Delicious food, but the service was disappointing. We waited 25 minutes for our bill. It seems like you have to be ready to leave before they notice you.

Very disappointing. Ordered the roast beef dinner. It came out shrivelled peas, roast beef was in a ball fridge temp in centre. Replaced it with warm on outside cold in middle not room temp cold. Not impressed been going for many years. Definitely last time, I have never had to complain or send food back in my life. Wish I had of listened to my husband and taken a picture it was sad.

If I could rate this a zero I would. The worst service I ever received. We sat outside we had to go in and get a hostess to get are drink orders. She came and got are food orders. We sat for over 40 min before she came back with are food. We had to go back in and get are drinks after we waited about 10 min for them don't forget these are the drinks we ordered before food. Also she forgot to put in one of are dinner orders. We were a table of 4 and we were all done are dinners by the time are 4th got his. To topoff are experience we also found hair in are one if are meals. She did give of 25% off of are dinners.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, and the waitress seemed overwhelmed—she didn’t write anything down and ended up getting our entire table's order wrong. It’s unfortunate to see how much this place has declined under new ownership. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here; the food took too long to arrive and was served cold and incorrect.
