Boston Pizza - Surrey

I don't know why we keep coming to this location, it just never gets better. One waitress on that we could see, middle of the afternoon, only 2 other tables with diners so you wonder what the problem is. French Onion soup cold, but the bowl & plate were hot.Waitress overly familiar in her speech with us, wanting to take our meal away before we had finished them, wanting to know what we were doing the rest of the day. I get trying to be friendly, but she came across as nosey. We don't find this challenge at other BP that we've been to, just this one.

Super busy and long lineups...Servers were inexperienced, but seemed to be trying hard! Food was the ordinary chain food, nothing out of the ordinary, prices were high.

This place definetly needs some updating when it comes to both restaurant decor and menu items.

Every time I come back to Canada, I usually go to a Boston pizza at least once. Standardized menu, decent quality control so you know what you get every time. The food was just what... I expected and what I remember. I enjoy her royal pizza, I did. It was thought. Will go back to a Boston pizza when I'm back in town next year. As for the service, its always dirty. This time the restaurant seemed rather empty, but there were no one, if necessary. Not bad enough that it is frustrated, but still something that can be improved. It will probably not improve because it is so in many different places. Would I go back? Absolutely!

Always find Boston Pizza to be a good a choice for families. Three visits, two lunch and one take out dinner on this trip.
