Afghan Fast Food Bakery - Surrey

I found this restaurant on Google, which indicated that it was open. After driving for about 20 minutes to get there, I arrived only to find it closed, and it looked like it hadn't opened at all that day. I realize I should have called ahead, but I normally rely on Google for accurate information. I believe Google Maps should update its listings to reflect the actual business hours of this restaurant. I’m giving it one star because I didn’t have the chance to experience the food or service.

One of the best Middle Eastern restaurants in town! The döner is fantastic, and while I really enjoy the chicken, the lamb is also excellent.

Authentic from beginning to end! One word perfectly captures this place: AUTHENTIC. From the food to the owner/chef/host, everything feels genuine. The space might be small, but the flavors are enormous. Even for takeout, the presentation is impressive. You can also find traditional Middle Eastern drinks and sweets available for purchase—definitely add both to your meal for a full culinary experience. However, the true gem of this restaurant is the host, who embodies genuine Middle Eastern hospitality. Once you visit, you’ll want to come back again and again.

I would love to meet the founders of this restaurant because it’s absolutely amazing. It’s definitely our favorite place to go to, and my partner and I always enjoy it. Much love, Owen.
