Ustria Val Sumvitg - Surrein

A typical local Usteria with a small selection of local dishes. We tried the Capuns and the Maluns who were as good as home. It takes some time, but this is because they are made to order. The waiting period is not a waste when you enjoy the unique view of the Val Valley. The open white, the beer from design and cider were fresh and refreshing. The staff is super friendly and will even for an affordable ride back to the train if you are late or not inclined to hike.

Super service, fine eating, gorgeous mountain air! we spent 2 days and one night in the ustria val. the hearty, original rooms are clean and practical. we have wonderfully succumbed, eating was freshly prepared from regional ingredients and tasted excellent.
